The Annual Assessment for each GROPOA property is $150 (for FY 2025-6).  The GROPOA Treasurer sends notices to GROPOA residents each December, with payments being due in February (see your emailed invoice for detailed dates).  Any inquiries can be directed to the GROPOA Treasurer (treasurer@gropoa.com).
