What is GROPOA?

GROPOA (Guadalupe River Oaks Property Owner's Association, Inc.) is the organization set up to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the River Oaks property owners who belong to the organization.  It represents all GROPOA Property Owners in matters concerning the River Oaks subdivision.  It promotes, maintains and preserves the appearance of the subdivision through the enforcement of River Oaks subdivision Deed Restrictions and Covenants.  And it maintains and  improves the appearance of the GROPOA Park within the subdivision because GROPOA Park is not maintained by a public entity.  Further details can be found in the GROPOA By-Laws here.
